Sustainability Focus

As an Investment Promotion Partner of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority or PEZA, we focus on R.A. 7916 that will encourage, promote, induce and accelerate a sound and balance industrial, economic and social development of the country.

Comprehensive Support

Unified Ecozones of the Philippines Inc. will provide comprehensive support with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority or PEZA that operates, administer, manage and develop economic zones and to promote the flow of foreign and local investors into there economic zones in accordance with the provisions of RA 7916 otherwise known as "The Economic Zone Act of 1995", as amended.

Innovative Solutions

Unified Ecozones of the Philippines Inc. shall provide consultancy services, advisory support and technical assistance to PEZA and its RBEs in advance manufacturing, supply chain management, logistical hubs, emerging technologies in Information Communications Technologies, Business Processing Outsourcing, robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and other high value industries.

Community Development

Provide jobs to the people especially those in rural areas. increase their productivity and their individual and family income, and thereby improve the level and quality of their living condition through the establishment, among others of special economic zones in suitable and strategic locations.

Batang Ecozone will also conduct medical and dental missions in the communities where PEZA workers reside, for their families health and welfare.

Batang Ecozone also conducts pest control activities including anti - dengue spraying in PEZA communities.

Expertise in Ecozones

Unified Ecozones of the Philippines Inc. will be guided by PEZA as their IPP with regulatory requirements in doing business in the Philippines, providing IPP with information on various investment opportunities for investors

Strategic Partnerships

PEZA will assist Unified Ecozones of the Philippine Inc. in identifying viable areas for its business facilities to support industries willing to locate in PEZA ecozones and shall provide assistance to link up with support industries by entering into joint ventures and other investment arrangements for eligible projects under PEZA .

Policy development

PEZA and Batang Ecozone will cooperate in the formulation and development of policies that shall be beneficial to their mutual interest and enhance their respective mandates/ purposes with a view to creating new ecozones and enhancing existing ones throughout the country.

Assistance to local Government Units

Jointly with PEZA or singly, Unified Ecozones of the Philippines Inc. will conduct capacity building activities for Local Government Units relative to the establishment of types of ecozones according to the potentials of host localities and skills mapping of their workforce. The goal is to provide jobs to the workforce of a particular local government unit thereby promoting growth and develoment.
